Our secured undercover parking is for standard vehicles only. Sorry - No trailers boats or jet skis are allowed in the parking area.

No Pets

Cote D' Azur strictly do NOT allow pets to be in the complex / apartments.

If Pets are found to be in the complex / Apartments, a fee of $550.00 will be charged to the guest credit card. All at the expense of the Guest you will be liable to pay for the carpets to be cleaned and the apartment to be fumigated! The Guest will also be asked to leave the complex. Without refund.

Please do not bring pets in to our complex.
