1.Q: Arrivals & Departures

A:

Check in time is 2pm.

Checkout time is 10am.

We try to accommodate earlier or later arrival or departure times, however this can not be guaranteed.

2.Q: How are the units presented?

A:

All units are individually owned, so furnishings and bedding configuration differs between units. We provide all bedroom and bathroom linen for your stay, however do not provide beach or pool towels. All rooms are booked at a non-serviced rate.

Additional linen and towels can be arranged at reception for a fee. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper and kitchen detergents are provided in your starter pack. Anything you require beyond this is at your own expense.

3.Q: Staying Covid Safe

A:

The safety of our guests and residents is our priority. To help us ensure that the well being of both our guests and local community is maintained we ask that you please adhere to the following:

 If you, or anyone in your group is unwell or presenting cold or flu like symptoms please do not travel to the region or enter the property.

Practice social distancing at all times, particularly when in common areas.

Please ensure that strict personal hygiene is practiced by everyone in your group. We have hand sanitiser throughout the building, but encourage all individuals to be responsible for their own hygiene during their stay.

Please respect the limitations and exclusions in place throughout the complex, with particular regard to the pool, BBQ area and gym. We understand that this is not ideal, however as well all adjust to new norms there are certain adaptations we need to make to ensure the safety of everyone who visits Cote D’Azur. During your stay please ensure that you are following the stated capacities for common areas in the complex.

We will continue to monitor government health advice and respond accordingly to ensure we remain a Covid Safe business.

4.Q: Common area capacities

A:

To ensure that safety of everyone we can only accomodate 35 people max in the pool area, 35 people max in the BBQ area and only two people max in the gym at the same time. We ask that these restrictions are observed to ensure that the complex remains in line with the legislated 1 person per 4 squared metres ruling.

5.Q: Using the Gym

A:

Each guest who wishes to use the gym will now need to register via our booking platform. The gym now has limited hours and sessions available to ensure the use of the space stays within the guidelines of NSW health. Reservations can be made here.

6.Q: Places to Eat & Drink

A:

There is no shortage of delicious food and drink in the Port Stephens region. In Nelson Bay alone we are spoilt for choice!
