“Cote D’Azur Nelson Bay are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to rent a luxury family home located directly on the waterfront reserve of Dutchman’s Beach (Dutchies).

The house boasts 4 well-appointed bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, media room and large living room which opens out onto an expansive covered verandah, ideal for summer entertaining. There is direct access to the beach and cycle way and undercover onsite parking, with additional off street parking.

with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or come together in the large living/dining/kitchen/verandah area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the verandah space. 5 burner barbeque, and a fabulous kitchen including Falcon cooker with double ovens, gas cooktop with grill plate, Miele steam oven and Miele coffee machine to satisfy caffeine fix (or yummy hot chocolate).

The home is completely private with security gates at both entrances. Drive into the double garage and walk internally downstairs to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the mid-level and downstairs again to the living areas (including the media room with Bose sound) and main bedroom and bathroom. Access to the water or walk/cycle way is from this level.

Please note the minimum stay is 5 nights. The home can be serviced during your stay if required for an additional fee.

There are no shared spaces onsite, however there is a section of the home which is locked from use. There is a lift in the house, however it is not available for use.
